I'm currently studying under zoom - it's really a lot of work, and it's impressive that characters are drawn from multiple sides.
I'm interested to know:
1) How were you measuring (keeping track of) sizes and proportions for the characters' heights and widths?
2) Were you using any tricks to simplify the making of different sides for the characters and to keep their proportions/heights/widths correct?
3) Are some characters going to have walking animations directed at different sides - or any animations at all (for cinematics, in-game cut-scenes, etc)? I could help with that.. in November...
I am deeply saddened that I do nothing to help the project and glad that there's such a talented person as you to help Kiloru out.

2) I wish there were tricks apart from those lines, oh how I wish D: Side view kills me, where's my chamomile tea
3) Yeah, there will be animations and cut-scenes, that's why I'm doing different sides x) I think we'd appreciate your help - 'cause it looks really hard to me :D I mean, animation. Ask Kiloru, he intended to do that, but there's much work apart from animation. He's programming, drawing and writing now, doing stuff, and I'm kicking him

I did not choose my path - Kiloru threw me away from his projects, saying that I do too much of "his" work and I'd be better off doing my own projects. *kinda angry*
